This year we will be celebrating our 16th Make-A-Wish Charity Golf Day, and the raising of well in excess of $340,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Last year through the generous support of sponsors and players we were able to raise $41,608 on the day. In conjunction with Andrew Gray & Associates of Berwick and together with major sponsors Active Display Group, Central Star Honda, the day has become such a popular event it is difficult for those who haven't previously played to get a spot.Over 120 golfers play in the Ambrose event at the Keysborough Golf Club with teams consisting of local business people. Golfers are treated to hot and cold drinks, snacks, donuts and snags around the course and topped off by a sit down lunch for presentations, entertainment and a Charity Auction. Congratulations to our 2009 winners Andrew McKenzie Smith, Bernie Quinlan, John Balantyne and Jon Gahan. All the proceeds of the day go to the Casey Cardinia Branch of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
